BTC activewear's Services with a Smile!
Following their recent move, BTC activewear invited customers to pop-in to their stunning new Distribution Centre
en-route to the recent Printwear & Promotion Show, staged just down the road at the NEC.
As Joint MD Glenn Hyams said, "We had a fantastic response with dozens of customers taking the time and trouble to
visit our shiny new home, meet the team, enjoy breakfast and a tour of arguably the most advanced Distribution
Centre in the industry."
"Because of our great location, right at the heart of the motorway network at the junction of the M5 and M6,
we had customers travelling to see us from all parts of the country. It was great to then meet up again later in
the day for a drink on our stand, which must have been one of the busiest at the show!"
Glenn added, "We have an open house policy for any customer to simply pop-in any time they're passing for a
coffee and certainly appreciate their effort. However, judging by the reaction of those who attended, a beneficial
time was had by everyone"

BTC ACTIVEWEAR'S AWARD WINNING SERVICE!
BTC activewear has won the prestigious Customer Service Award at the recent Printwear and Promotion Excellence
Awards.
Following the presentation at The National Motorcycle Museum near Birmingham, director Glenn Hyams said,
"Naturally, we're thrilled to have won the award as Customer Service is fundamental to the on-going success
of BTC activewear and something customers regularly pass comment on - this is the third consecutive year we
have won an industry award for the quality of our service."
