We can provide all the components found on the BTC webstore to you. This data can then be incorporated into your own Webshop or Purchase Order System (PO).

Our Data, Your System
We can export BTC product data in various formats including popular eCommerce platforms. Updating your product data will keep your webstore/ PO system up to date with the latest styles, data and prices. Download our most frequently requested eCommerce platform exports below. Our BTC download is our default format, ready to customise as you see fit. As we well as popular eCommerce platforms formats, we can provide a default BTC export that contains all our product data, available in your FTP upon request.
FTP Access:
- Product data including features, product codes and barcodes
- Product images (where brand licensing permits) via URL (Image Hosting) or file at various sizes in low-resolution (for web)
- Product colour swatches
- Buying price information
- Stock Level Integration
These components are made available to customers using an internet file transfer ‘FTP’ account. FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a simple way of sharing data files over the internet.
Each BTC customer is issued a unique username and password to login to their own account, e.g.
- FTP address e.g. sftpgo.btcactivewear.co.uk
- FTP username e.g. EXA0011
- FTP password e.g. Y6wgtPi0um
Please note: the FTP server can no longer be accessed via a web browser. This is due to most browsers discontinuing this service.
Alternatively we recommend using an FTP client software e.g. ‘FileZilla’ which is made available for free on the internet.NB: Customers should not give these login credentials to any 3rd parties.
FAQs
Yes, we can export our product data in specific formats for platforms/ systems. To request this please contact your account manager, with your platform’s details, sample 'bulk upload' file and supporting documentation.
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a simple way of sharing data files over the internet.
Please check with your company’s IT technician, they may have blocked access for security reasons. If the issue still persists, please send a screenshot of the error messages you receive to websupport@btcactivewear.co.uk.
You may need to involve a 3rd party supplier/ developer to build your Webshop, alternatively there are many 'off-the-shelf' platforms which can be used.
For a complete business system including a Webshop we would recommend;

- Prima Software - Prima offers software solutions for Clothing and Office Supplies. BTC product data is pre-loaded
- Etrader - Purpose built, websites for garment decorators. BTC product data is pre-loaded

- Amazon Seller Central
You should shop around as there is plenty of competition in this area. Most platforms have demo stores available to view and sometimes allow a 30-day ‘no obligation’ trial. Please see our FAQs for things to look out for.
As a final option you may wish to use a software supplier or developer, who will build your website from scratch, this will give you control over the ‘look and feel’ and content of your Webshop as opposed to using a ‘ready-made’ template. This can potentially be more expensive and developer day-rates can vary.
