Dear Customer,

We are pleased to have remained open to support customers through the last few months. It is great news to see more of our customers returning to work and looking to place orders, but it is important we all continue to work safely. Helping to keep you and our team safe is our priority.

Some of the measures we have put in place include working with smaller teams & we will continue to work from home wherever we can.

Our warehouse teams are ensuring social distancing remains in place with regular hand washing, sanitising & consistent deep cleaning around our regular touch points.

Our Click & Collect remains operational and is now contact free.

Things will look a little different and take a little longer so thank you for your support and patience.

We have made changes to our warehouse working practices to ensure everyone can work safely, maintaining social distance guidelines.

This means we are working with a reduced daily capacity, however the safety of our team & our local community is our priority.

We hope in some small part we can support the key workers on the frontline by continuing to supply customers large & small.

BTC activewear Statement

Dear Customer,

As people all over the world take measures to slow the spread of COVID-19, we would like to take a moment to share some of the initiatives we are undertaking to ensure the health and safety of our team and customers, while maintaining the continuity of business operations, so that we may continue to serve you through this difficult period.

It’s important for you to know that currently our daily operations and the handling of orders remain unchanged. We have both the capacity and stock availability across our distribution centres to maintain current service levels.

Effective today, we have suspended all non-essential business travel. We have also instructed our external sales team to defer face-to-face customer meetings. Beyond this, we have arranged for some of our team to be homeworkers. You will be able to contact them through the normal channels. In the process of converting people to remote work, we have prioritised those members of our team with greater vulnerability to the illness. For those functions that cannot effectively adapt to homeworking, we are in the process of spreading out our work stations in offices and distributions centres to maintain a fair distance when working with colleagues (social distancing).

We ensure that we give all our teams regular updates on the situation, and we have taken the necessary steps in all our locations to help our team stay healthy at work.

From a business continuity point of view, we believe the measures detailed above will serve to keep our team healthy and available to provide the service you have come to expect from BTC activewear. We know there is industry-wide concern about product availability, with potential disruptions to the global supply chains we all rely on. We are working closely with our supply chain and delivery partners to minimise any delays.

Covid-19 represents a global crisis. At BTC activewear, we believe it is our shared responsibility to do all we can to support public health, the health of our industry and the economy, as we all work together to overcome this extraordinary challenge.

The situation across Europe and the UK is evolving daily, and our aim is to keep you informed as far as we can so that you can plan for your business.
