Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over , except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly association with administration of the offer.
2. All customers who place an order with BTC activewear Limited of Point 1 Opus 9, Axletree Way, Wednesbury, WS10 9QY a company registered in England and Wales with company number 3974944 (“the promoter’) for £100+ on items from the Russell HD range online at http://www.btcactivewear.co.uk (“the Website”) before 31st March 2018 will be entered into a prize draw
2. Multiple orders will be allowed.
3. The prize is an HD TV and associated products/service bundle with a retail price of £1000.
4.  All entries must be submitted by ordering your Russell HD products with the Promoter online at www.btcactivewear.co.uk  . Terms and conditions must be accepted to proceed.
5. Entrants agree to take part in unpaid publicity including photography and interview if required by the Promoter.
6. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

7. The Winner will be notified by email or telephone (using the order details provided) and the prize will be sent to the postal address (being the same address on the purchase order). If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within [Number] days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process ascribed above.
8. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, not transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if the circumstance beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate promotion details.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any system failures on the website which is provided on an as/is available basis.
13. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any recipient of an order, entrant to the promotion or as a result of accepting any prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion at any time.
15. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any additional terms and conditions set out in the promotional material and/ or on the website.
16. This promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
