Following the Windsor Framework agreement between the UK and the EU, which amends the Northern Ireland Protocol, BTC Activewear has aligned it's procedures with these changes.

Red Lane - The Red Lane is the customs procedure for goods moving from Great Britain to Northern Ireland with the intention of being shipped to the European Union (EU), ensuring EU rules and regulations are applied to these goods. Goods travelling via the Red Lane are subject to full EU customs checks and the payment of tariffs. To ship via the Red Lane, BTC requires, at a minimum, your EORI number to input into their system. When placing orders, delivery tracking notification credentials are mandatory for the Red Lane. If these are missing, you will not be able to continue with the order. To set these permanently, go to My Account and select Delivery Alerts. Alternatively, you can update them for individual orders in the basket.

Green Lane - The Green Lane is the customs procedure for goods destined for final consumption or use in Northern Ireland. Goods moving through the Green Lane will be exempt from tariffs. To ship via the Green Lane, BTC requires both your paired UKIMS and EORI numbers. You can contact us by calling 0800 12 4542 or by emailing our Customer Service Team at csteam@btcactivewear.co.uk.
