The BTC Customer Services has been set up to assist our customers handle their returns in a fast, efficient & stress free way.

If you have a query on your delivery from us then please feel free to call Customer Services without hesitation (ideally within 3 days of receipt of order). The Team will ensure any queries are looked at as soon as possible and any corrections are arranged immediately.
If you have some goods that you have purchased from us but you no longer require then please try out our online returns form - This is available after you login to the web store.
To make it easy for you, we only ask for one important piece of information - and this is the original Sales Order Number or your Invoice Number. This will guarantee your returns request is completed within 24 hours and your credit applied to your account without any delay.
The Returns Request Form will fast track your returns request to Customer Services and collection can be arranged straight away.
We use DPD for all of our collections, and we try to keep the costs down as low as we can - Any unwanted goods or cancelled orders can be collected from you and a small carriage charge of £11.00 and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
We do ask that any unwanted goods or cancelled orders are returned to us in a suitable condition for re-sales and back in our DC within 1 month of purchase. This ensures we only stock the most up to date styles.
