1. Take part in this product promotion free prize draw by placing an order with BTC activewear Limited of Quadrant House, Floor 6, 4 Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW a company registered in England and Wales with company number 3974944 (‘the promoter’) for over £150 of Brook Taverner sample products online at www.btcactivewear.co.uk (‘the Website’) and you will automatically be entered into the free prize draw (‘the Prize Draw’).


2. The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the UK ages eighteen years or over, excluding the employees and agents of the Promoter, anyone professionally associated with the competition, and their immediate families.


3. All orders received online for over £150 spent on Brook Taverner sample products during the period from 14th July through to 10th August 2014 inclusive will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Companies can place multiple orders throughout the competition time period and each order over the minimum amount placed equates to one entry into the prize draw.


4. Order your Brook Taverner sample products with the Promoter online to be entered into the Prize Draw. Terms and conditions must be accepted to proceed.


5. The prize is a £250 credit, which the winner can use to purchase Brook Taverner sample garments through BTC activewear.


6. The closing date for last entries into the prize draw is 9pm on Sunday 10th August. Any orders placed after this time will not be entered into the prize draw.


7. All entries will be collated and the winners will be notified (by email or telephone) no more than 30 days after the closing date of 10th August 2014. Where we notify a winner by email, we will ask for confirmation of receipt by reply email. The prize winners will be randomly drawn from all the valid entries, and contacted by BTC activewear. Only the winners will be contacted personally. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding on all matters and no correspondence with be entered into.


8. Entrants agree to take part in unpaid publicity including photography and interview if required by the Promoter.


9. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available.


10. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details.

12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any system failures on the website which is provided on an as/is available basis.


13. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this Prize Draw at any time.


14. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any additional terms and conditions set out in the promotional material and/ or on the website.


15. This Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
