1. Take part in this product promotion free prize draw to win ‘An Action Packed Ski Week in Chamonix with Helly Hansen’ by placing an order with BTC activewear Limited of Quadrant House, Floor 6, 4 Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW a company registered in England and Wales with company number 3974944 ("the promoter") for Helly Hansen garments online at www.btcactivewear.co.uk ("the Website") and you will automatically be entered into the free prize draw ("the Prize Draw").


2. The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the UK ages eighteen years or over, excluding the employees and agents of the Promoter, anyone professionally associated with the competition, and their immediate families.


3. Order your Helly Hansen garments with the Promoter online from Wednesday 2nd April - Wednesday 7th May 2014 (inclusive) to be entered into the Prize Draw to win ‘An Action Packed Ski Week in Chamonix with Helly Hansen’. Terms and conditions must be accepted to proceed.


4. One prize draw winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entrants by 6th June 2014 and will be notified within 28 days either by e-mail, telephone or mail. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if a prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, a supplementary winner may be drawn.


5. 5. The prize includes:-
   
   
   • A 7-night stay for 2 people at the Le Morgane 4* hotel in Chamonix based on one room double occupancy (alternative accommodation to a similar standard will be offered should the hotel be unavailable on the selected dates).
   • Return flights from a UK airport to Geneva.
   • 6 Day "Chamonix Le Pass" (Ski Pass).
   • An adrenaline fuelled experience with Evolution 2 (from a selection, including off piste skiing, snow shoeing, ice climbing or ski lessons).
   • Full Helly Hansen Clothing.


6. Prize must be taken during the AW14 ski season (approx. mid Dec 2014 - mid April 2015) excluding all major holiday periods.


7. Travellers should ensure any required Visas, travel insurance, permissions or conditions of travel are met.


8. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding on all matters and no correspondence with be entered into.


9. Entrants agree to take part in unpaid publicity including photography and interview if required by the Promoter.


10. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any recipient of an entrant to the Prize Draw or as a result of accepting any prize.


11. For details of the winners of the Helly Hansen prize draw please send an email to prizedraw@btcactivewear.co.uk within 28 days of the draw date.


12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any system failures on the website which is provided on an as/is available basis.


13. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this Prize Draw at any time.


14. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any additional terms and conditions set out in the promotional material and/ or on the website.


15. Prizes are non-transferable and once booked, dates, names and details cannot be changed. All dates are subject to availability.


16. No cash alternative in whole or part will be offered for the prize.


17. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from our negligence the Promoter's aggregate liability in respect of this Prize Draw shall be limited to £5,000.


18. This Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
